1. Who we are
Blue Shore Marketing LLC ("Blue Shore," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company providing digital marketing services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through blueshoremarketing.com and in the course of providing our services.
It covers information about site visitors, prospects, and clients. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of our clients or of the third-party platforms we link to.
2. Information we collect

4. Why we are allowed to use it
We rely on your consent where you gave it, on the need to perform a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business, and on compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Calls, texts, and email
If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by phone or SMS about your inquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing us. Messages necessary to deliver a service you are paying for will still reach you.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which marketing brings people here. Some are set by us and some by third parties such as analytics and advertising providers.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires it.
7. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as CRM and email platforms, hosting, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and payment processing. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, under confidentiality.

Sharing information with advertising platforms for measurement or audience matching may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. Section 10 explains how to opt out.
8. Client data we process for you
When we build and run systems for a client, we act as a service provider or processor for the personal information inside those systems. The client decides what is collected and why, and we act on their instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your information corrected or deleted, contact that business directly. We will support them in responding.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution reasons. Inquiry records are typically kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterward. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and the retention period our obligations require. After that we delete or anonymize it.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy in a portable format, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, limit the use of sensitive information, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why.
You can also opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by replying STOP to a text.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Where information is processed
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information there or in other countries. If you are outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Review their policies before sharing information.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site or contact you directly.
