Six steps. An owner and a date on each.

Tailored to your business, never improvised.

The same disciplined path runs every engagement, from the first audit to training your staff. Below is exactly what happens in each stage, what you'll have at the end of it, and what we need from you to keep it moving.

Start with step one
A named owner per stage
You always know whose desk it's on.
Dates, not vibes
Every stage has a start, an end, and a definition of done.
Nothing hidden
Progress notes weekly, in writing, whether or not you ask.
Built to hand over
Documentation and training are part of the work, not extras.

At a glance

A typical twelve weeks.

Scope changes the length, not the order. A tracking rebuild can finish in three weeks; a full site plus CRM runs closer to ten.

01 Week 1

Technical Audit & Analysis

Before anyone proposes anything, we find out how your business actually performs today.

We crawl the site for structural and speed issues, read your analytics for what's really being measured, follow a test lead through your CRM to see where it stalls, and sit down with whoever handles marketing today. Most engagements find two or three broken things nobody knew about in the first week.

What you get
A written audit of site, tracking, CRM, and follow-up
A tracking gap report — what isn't being counted
A prioritized fix list, worst-first
What we need from you
Read access to your analytics, ad, and CRM accounts, and about 45 minutes with the person closest to marketing.
What you get
A shortlist of opportunities ranked by effort and impact
An honest read on what to stop paying for
A recommended channel mix for your market
What we need from you
Six to twelve months of spend history, and your view of which customers you'd like more of.
02 Week 1–2

Review Strategies

Then we look at what you're already doing and decide what deserves more, less, or none of your budget.

Channel by channel: what it costs to produce a real lead, how that compares to your close rate, and what your competitors are visibly doing that you aren't. This is also where we tell you if something you're paying for should simply stop.

03 Week 2

Tailored Plan & Timeline

A custom strategy with real dates attached — so you know what happens in week two and what happens in month three.

We sequence the work so the fastest money comes first, put a name and a date on every stage, and agree what "done" means for each one before anyone starts building. You approve the scope once, in writing, and we hold ourselves to it.

What you get
A staged roadmap with dates and owners
A fixed-scope quote — no hourly surprises
A written definition of done per stage
What we need from you
One decision-maker who can approve the scope, and a rough budget ceiling so we scope to reality.
What you get
The built system — site, CRM, campaigns, tracking
A staging link to review before anything goes live
A weekly written progress note
What we need from you
Brand assets and any content only you can write, plus feedback inside two business days. Slow feedback is the single biggest cause of slipped dates.
04 Weeks 3–8

Implementation

The hands-on work: SEO, campaign setup, CRM builds, integrations — done by the same team that planned it.

We build in stages rather than disappearing for six weeks. You see work in progress on a staging link, get a written note every week, and can raise a change early instead of at handover. Nothing is subcontracted out — the person who audited your funnel is the person building the fix.

05 Pre-launch

End-to-End Testing

Every platform and channel gets tested before launch — the forms fire, the data lands, nothing quietly breaks.

We submit real test leads through every form and ad path, confirm they arrive in the CRM with the right source attached, check the automations fire in order, verify conversions land in the ad platforms, and run the whole thing on phones, tablets, and desktop. Redirects are mapped before any domain change so you don't lose rankings on launch day.

What you get
A test log showing what was checked and passed
A signed-off launch checklist
A redirect map and rollback plan
What we need from you
An hour from whoever answers the leads — they catch things we can't, because they know what a real inquiry looks like.
What you get
Recorded walkthroughs for your team
Written documentation of how it all connects
A monthly report and a call with the person who did the work
What we need from you
About an hour a month, and a heads-up when the business changes — new service, new location, new pricing.
06 Ongoing

Training & Support

Ongoing guidance so your team masters the tools. You should be able to run this without us — that's the point.

We train the people who use the system daily, leave documentation they can search, and stay on for the monthly review and continuous improvement. Every account and login is already in your name, so choosing to run it yourself is a decision you get to make — not a negotiation.

How we communicate

You'll never have to ask what's happening.

The most common complaint about agencies isn't the work — it's the silence. So the cadence is fixed and it doesn't depend on you chasing us.

Weekly

Written progress note

What moved, what's next, and anything blocked waiting on you.

Bi-weekly

Working call

Thirty minutes on the build, decisions needed, and priorities.

Monthly

Performance review

The numbers, what they mean, and what we're changing because of them.

Any day

One channel, one owner

A named contact who answers inside one business day — not a ticket queue.

Step one is free.

We'll audit your funnel, tell you what we'd fix first, and you decide whether the rest of the process is worth starting.
